Once a payment is successfully completed, it shall not be refunded under any circumstances. Every completed payment is final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable, and the Foundation will not accept requests for a refund, reversal, or cancellation.

Donation acknowledgements, tax-related documents, and administrative records will be handled according to applicable requirements and the information provided by the donor.

Submitting a volunteer, partnership, or contact enquiry does not guarantee acceptance, placement, collaboration, or any specific programme role.

The Foundation may review each enquiry based on programme needs, suitability, availability, safeguarding considerations, and operational capacity.
